Complaint about the poor service and unacceptable product quality provided by your company
Your company's Rosepetal Whipped Cream Set I bought during the ''on sale period '' from your temporary counter in LCX Tsim Sha Tsui is of unacceptable quality, which isas it causes a very allergic reaction to sensitive skin. And your employee has provided wrong information about the product.
As I have a skin allergic problem, and I did inform the requirement for suitable products advice. However, your employee advises me the Rosepetal Whipped Cream Set, and told me that it suited all kind of skin, but after putting it on, it gave me a rash. I have to go to see the doctor for medical care.
It can be very dangerous to some serious allergic people, and so it is of a great concern.
I hope that you can compensate me withby reimbursing all the medical fee for all treatment as well as giving a prompt apology.

Our quality control team always check the products and do a lot of testing before it launched to the market.Rosepetal Whipped Cream was being tested , and the result shows that it is suitable for most of the people. However, a small group of people with sensitive skins may have opportunity a chance of an allergyto cause allergic problem. Unfortunately, our staff did not fully understand the product's ingredients and features.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our employee.We will compensate all medical fee you have paid and fully refund the Rosepetal Whipped Cream Set fee. We will telephone you for further information about the arrangement of refunding. We also promise to provide a better training to our staff and further investigate this case.
